I met some lovely people this weekend at the "Spirit Wings & Beautiful Things" Mind, Body, Spirit Fair in Carlisle.

Hopefully I have gained a new client base in Cumbria,  but it was just so nice to chat about hypnotherapy and dispel a few myths.

I was saddened to hear from several people, that they had been put off hypnosis through earlier, bad experiences.

It's tragic that some practitioners offer unsuitable therapy and use inappropriate techniques for some issues.

A previous bad experience with a poorly trained therapist, means that someone needing help may not give hypnotherapy another go, yet this could be the answer to their specific needs.

Unfortunately, just because someone went to catering college  doesn't necessarily mean their food is delicious.

There are good chefs and bad chefs out there. Don't let one tasteless meal out you off other restaurants!
